Brittany has always had a passion for helping people. After 15 years as a nurse, she found hypnotherapy while she was on her own healing journey and she knew she had to be a part of the movement to help others uncover and learn about their limiting beliefs, subconscious programming and how these affect day-to-day life. Brittany gained her certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Hypnotherapy through Marissa Peer (the founder of RTT) in 2018.

>I underwent a hypnotherapy session when I began my healing journey. It was life changing for me. When I began to uncover and learn about limiting beliefs and the programming that I had living within my subconscious, my passion for the subconscious mind was unleashed.

Brittany was drawn towards sharing hypnotherapy as part of RTT with others so they too could begin seeing what is actually possible for them when these limiting beliefs are rewired. As Brittany has shared RTT with clients, she loves seeing people find relief from the negative thoughts they once believed about themselves and returning to the innate knowing of how worthy, incredible and amazing they truly are. Through RTT, Brittany allows clients to find freedom in their lives. To realize that they are deserving of having the things they want in life. Brittany specializes in uncovering what is living within the subconscious mind. Uncovering limiting beliefs, unwanted habits, why clients feel stuck and unable to progress forward, uncovering the root cause of physical ailments.

When Brittany is not working with clients, she loves to practice yoga, and spend time with her daughter and family.

Braden (Brady) Moore (he/him/il) is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. He has experience working within several therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness strategies. Braden is bilingual and can provide counselling services in English and French. Braden completed his Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in August 2022. Previously, Braden completed his Bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in French and minoring in theatre at the University of Regina in 2011, then furthered his education by attaining a Certificate in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) from the Canadian College of Performing Arts in 2013.

After many years as a teacher, Braden began to notice the increasing need for mental health and counselling resources for both students and teachers, so he decided to dive in and take action to provide these resources and support by pursuing mental health and counselling as a profession. Moving into early adulthood, Braden struggled with his identity and the challenges of coming out to friends, family, and peers, though they turned out to be very supportive and accepting. Throughout his life, Braden has faced his own challenges in overcoming anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Braden is an avid practitioner of cognitive-behavioural therapy in treating anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He believes that negative thinking patterns and thought traps can be detrimental and lead to low self-esteem, anxiety, and other mood disorders. He is passionate about working with youth, young adults, and adults who are exploring gender and sexual diversity in their own lives and helping them to develop positive self-esteem, value, and worth in who they are, as they are. Helping people to reconcile their queer narratives in a heteronormative society is essential for healthy living as a 2SLGBTQ+ individual.

“I love what I do because I think that our life stories are important and I love to learn from the narratives of my clients while helping them to live healthier lives characterized by positive mental health. In the simplest terms, I am honoured to hear people’s stories and help them heal and grow.”

Through the exploration of narratives surrounding identity, self-esteem, and life experience, Braden helps clients reframe their negative thinking patterns and live a more positive lifestyle by recognizing cognitive habits that no longer serve them and replacing them with more adaptive notions of self worth, value, and positive mental health. It is important to understand how we think in order to improve how we think, recognizing thought patterns that no longer serve us, and reframing them to help us live healthier lives.

In his free time, Braden enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, performing and producing musical theatre, and spending time with his cat, Patrick. He loves geography, musical theatre, reading, and is a huge Harry Potter fan. Braden also mentors and volunteers with queer youth and young adults.

I played sports as a kid; mainly volleyball, badminton, and basketball. My childhood was not typical as my dad is a performer, so I grew up juggling, riding unicycles, and walking a tight wire. In High school I got into martial arts. This all led me to the health and fitness industry.  I previously worked as a personal trainer and moved into Fascial Stretch Therapy three years ago.

>I love what I do because I truly enjoying helping people. Helping make a positive change in a person’s life is something I’m very passionate about. Throughout the years I’ve learned a lot to enable a better quality of life for myself, and I love sharing that knowledge with anyone who is interested!

My main areas of specialty are: functional posture and primal movement patterns, mobility, mindfulness/awareness, pain management, and overall well being. I improve my clients’ quality of life by restoring functional range of motion, increasing joint mobility (or stabilizing for the hypermobile), reducing pain, and improving performance. My focus is on long term sustainability so I put emphasis on teaching my clients how to maintain the progress we make in a session. I do that through teaching movement based stretching, foam rolling, muscles activation/strengthening, and corrective exercise.

Briana was very active growing up. She played many sports, including competitive ringette for over 20 years! During those years, she helped her teammates with impromptu massage treatments, which led to Briana to complete her formal massage training in 2005.

In 2012, Briana started training in the John F Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release (MFR). The approach made so much sense to her. It resolved her own persistent pain and changed her practice forever. She now exclusively offers Myofascial Release treatments.

>“Since switching my practice to MFR, I am loving the opportunity to work with clients who have suffered with persistent (and sometimes unexplained) pain and seeing an ease and lightness return to their life.”

Briana is excited to be a part of the Lead team because of the multidisciplinary, therapeutic offerings it has for clients, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the potential for practitioner partnerships to be formed!

Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle but firm sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions created by trauma, inflammatory responses and/or surgical procedures.

Each MFR Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. Please come to your appointments with clean, lotion free skin.

Her interest and passion for learning about the connection of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health and our own capacity to heal was awakened.

>It is the greatest honour and privilege to be a healing catalyst. I absolutely love being able to see the shift in how people show up for a session and how they leave feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Tamara specializes in stress and pain reduction, illuminating the subconscious mind to create shifts and healing, awakening clients to their innate capacity to heal, and she is adding fertility and children’s services to her offerings very soon.

Jessica graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2022 and has a special interest in manual lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage.

After spending most of her life in Battleford, Jessica moved to Saskatoon in 2018. She worked for 8 years in early childhood education, before deciding to change directions and pursue a career in massage therapy which is a perfect fit for her love of anatomy. Jessica chose massage therapy because she loved the idea of helping the body find its way back to a state of balance, whether its guiding muscles back into a more relaxed position or simply holding space for someone who needs it.

>There’s a quote I love that says “your hands are an extension of your heart,” and though it was written in regards to painting, I feel that there’s no better way to describe my approach to massage therapy.

Jessica loves helping clients improve their quality of life by calming the nervous system, easing acute and chronic pain, helping heal injuries, and educating them on how to manage their conditions on their own, after and in between treatments. She also prides herself on creating a room that is a safe space for everyone whether it be in terms of pain tolerance, boundaries, or emotions coming to the surface. Jessica loves massage therapy because she can “totally geek out” about anatomy, share human connection, and pass along the true magic of self-love and self-care, all at the same time!

When Jessica isn’t with clients she enjoys gardening, hiking with her wife and their dogs, and baking (ask her about her award-winning strawberry peach pie!).
